LASCOD Brochures (Laboratory Usage Information)

• Alginate Brochure

  

  The alginate brochure offers brief descriptions and characteristics of each alginate, including Kromopan, Alginor, Alginelle and Millenium. This brochure also recommends which dental accessories are best to use with LASCOD’s Alginates.

• KromopanSil Brochure

  

  KromopanSil is an A-curing VPS impression material for the dental office. The brochure details its qualities and features of the Putty and Wash materials in a variety of viscosities and setting times.
  Monophase and Bite Registration products are also featured.

• Laboratory Silicone Brochure

  

  The silicone brochure has application photos, descriptions and information for prosthetic applications. This brochure outlines the characteristics of LASCOD’s silicones: Ergasil, Ergamix and Xilgum CAD system.

Storage and Disinfection of KROMOPAN, ALGINOR, MILLENIUM, and ALGINELLE ALGINATES:

To disinfect the impression, you can use any product the manufacturer of the disinfectant notes is suitable for alginate impressions.

Guidelines:

Choose a disinfectant that requires less than 10 minutes to be effective.

Sprays are recommended. It can be submersed briefly.

IMPORTANT: Make sure the disinfectant is thoroughly rinsed off the impression before storage.

To store the impression, rinse well and give the impression a shake to remove excess water (do not dry)

Place the impression in a sealed plastic bag or container for storage up to 168 hours.

It is not recommended to add a wet paper towel or cotton to the storage bag or container.

Store at room temperature, away from a heat source, and do not refrigerate.
