The chromatic phase indicator benefits the operator in the preparation of the alginate impression. The colors show how long to mix and when it’s ready to insert the tray in the mouth.
Temperature changes modify working and setting time, and the color indicator will change accordingly.
Available in fast set and regular set. The time in the mouth does not change.

The short setting time in the mouth (60’’) enhances the patient’s comfort. High elasticity and tear resistance provide an impression with perfectly detailed definition in the process of producing precise models that enhance the outcome of the prostheses.
Disinfection
IQ alginates can be disinfected with any product that states that it is suitable for alginates. Spray or submersion techniques are acceptable, but the disinfectant that you choose should be one that is effective in under 10 minutes using the manufacturer’s instructions.
